Why are we changing our giving platform?

Integration

Our website, church app, and giving portal are all integrated within the new platform. This makes user integration smoother and more streamlined.

Lower Fees

Our new provider offers lower processing rates than our current provider and the rate decreases further as giving increases.

Fast & Secure

Both platforms are certified for the highest encryption and security. The process of giving online takes less than a minute.

Cover the Fees

Our new platform allows donors to cover the processing fees, like our old platform, but without added fees. This saves the church more money and the contributions go to support the ministries.

So let's get started in switching you over!

To make this shift simple and efficient, just follow the steps below to help you migrate over from Vanco (our old system) to SubSplash (our new system).

If you gave occasionally online through the old giving platform (Vanco), you don't have to do anything. Through our new provider, you can continue to give one-time gifts by clicking below or through the Camarillo UMC App.

I have recurring giving online.

First, we need to cancel your current recurring gift in the Vanco platform using the steps below.

Once you have logged in, click on the Profile tab on the upper right.

In the Profile window, click on the Cancel Profile button on the lower left.

When the confirmation window opens, click OK to verify canceling your profile and cancelling all future transactions.

All Done!

Now that your old Vanco recurring gift is canceled, you can setup a new recurring gift through SubSplash.

The switch to the new giving platform will not impact the way you currently give to the church. If you would like to begin giving online, you ca find the directions for how to do that by clicking the the button below.
