Scripture teaches that the two greatest commands are to love God and to love your neighbor!
(Mark 12:30-31) At CUMC kids are loved into becoming who they are meant to be and
taught the basics of how to love others through the practice of Christian principles
(prayer, service, worship, joyful play, sharing and celebrating the gifts of others)
 Children begin Sunday mornings in the Sanctuary.  After the Children's Message,
our K-5th graders head off to Sunday School for engaging learning and activities.  
We teach our children how to worship together as a community in faith.

Children ages Pre-K to 5th grade learn about music through singing , movement, while developing rhythm  ringing chimes to more the more advanced bells and arrangements. Young musicians focus on learning to read and play music, and growing in experience through learning the various musical techniques. All students are introduced to a variety of instruments while learning musical concepts. Please reach out to any of our music ministry groups for more details.
